Shipping & Fulfillment
Made-to-order apparel
Nisoulent apparel is fulfilled through the Tapstitch production workflow. Production is intended to begin after payment is confirmed. Manufacturing and transit timing can vary by garment, destination, seasonal demand, and carrier conditions.
Customer and shipping records
Every physical order records the customer's name, email address, phone number, complete shipping address, selected product, product code, size, quantity, price, payment status, and fulfillment status. These details are available in the password-protected admin order catalog and CSV export.
Configured shipping charge
The included site configuration applies an included in the displayed clothing price flat shipping charge to physical orders and free shipping when the merchandise subtotal reaches $150. Digital-only orders have no shipping charge.
Digital delivery
Ebook PDFs are protected and unlock through the customer's private fulfillment page after payment confirmation. Finished Nisoulent audio is streamed publicly for free and does not require checkout. Personalized incantations and ritual guides are delivered separately after the order brief is reviewed.
Address responsibility
Customers should verify the complete address before submitting the order. Address changes should be requested immediately through the Contact page; changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment begins.
