Privacy
Information collected
Checkout records name, email, phone, shipping address, purchased items, sizes, notes, payment state, and fulfillment state. Membership signup records name, email, subscription provider, provider subscription ID, status, and requested song type. Contact and newsletter forms record the information submitted.
Why information is collected
Information is used to process and verify orders, email product details to Nisoulent, prepare clothing, unlock paid ebooks or audio, coordinate Love & Peace delivery and Zoom links, send weekly five-song membership emails, administer random requests, and answer customer questions.
Payment information
Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. Nisoulent stores transaction references and payment status but does not store complete card numbers, bank credentials, or payment-account passwords.
Storage and access
Orders, members, requests, email drops, subscribers, and messages are stored in server-side files blocked from public access. Admin login is required to view or export business records.
Email delivery
Order details are sent to nisoulent@gmail.com. Active weekly members receive five-song emails at the address used to subscribe. Customers can request correction or cancellation through the Contact page.
Questions or record requests
Use the Contact page for questions about stored information. Some transaction records may be retained for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal requirements.
